摘要:目的:評(píng)估三維可變反轉(zhuǎn)角快速自旋回波(3D sampling perfection with application optimized contrasts using different flip angle evolution,3D-SPACE)序列及微小表面線圈聯(lián)合三維雙回波穩(wěn)態(tài)水激發(fā)(3D double-echo steady state with water excitation,3D-DESSwe)序列在聽(tīng)神經(jīng)瘤手術(shù)中保護(hù)面神經(jīng)的作用。方法:回顧性分析病理學(xué)檢查證實(shí)的33例行常規(guī)磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)掃描、3D-SPACE序列掃描及微小表面線圈聯(lián)合3D-DESSwe序列掃描的聽(tīng)神經(jīng)瘤患者的MRI資料,并與手術(shù)所見(jiàn)和病理學(xué)檢查結(jié)果對(duì)照分析,觀察、評(píng)價(jià)3D-SPACE序列及微小表面線圈聯(lián)合3D-DESSwe序列對(duì)聽(tīng)神經(jīng)瘤患者患側(cè)面神經(jīng)的顯示情況。結(jié)果:3D-SPACE序列對(duì)周?chē)窠?jīng)腦池段顯示良好,微小表面線圈聯(lián)合3D-DESSwe序列對(duì)聽(tīng)神經(jīng)瘤內(nèi)聽(tīng)道段的面神經(jīng)、后組顱神經(jīng)顯示較清晰。結(jié)論:同時(shí)應(yīng)用3D-SPACE序列、微小表面線圈聯(lián)合3D-DESSwe序列能提高聽(tīng)神經(jīng)瘤周?chē)窠?jīng)術(shù)前評(píng)估的準(zhǔn)確性,對(duì)保護(hù)面神經(jīng)、保留面神經(jīng)功能具有重要意義。
